How much does a website or app cost?+
Every project is different. A simple website starts around Rp 4.5 million and an app MVP around Rp 15 million; social media design starts at Rp 2.5 million per month. You always get a transparent quote after a short call — no hidden costs.
How long does a project take?+
A landing page usually takes 2–3 weeks, a full website 4–6 weeks, an app MVP 6–12 weeks, and a short video 3 days to 2 weeks. We agree a clear deadline before starting.
Is revision included?+
Yes. Every package includes revision rounds. Work is shared in stages so big changes are caught early, not piled up at the end.
Do we get the source files?+
Yes — final ready-to-use files and the main source files, so you can continue working with anyone later.
How does payment work?+
50% upfront to begin, 50% on delivery. Staged payment is available for larger projects, and retainers are billed monthly.
Is Dunia Visual a one-person studio?+
Yes — for now. You talk to and work with the founder directly, from the first call to launch. For larger projects, trusted collaborators can be brought in, always with your approval.
Do you work with clients outside Jakarta?+
Absolutely. Dunia Visual started in Purworejo and now works from Jakarta — everything runs smoothly over video calls and shared Figma files.
Can you also build and host the website?+
Yes. Sites are built in Nuxt or Webflow, with hosting and domain set up for you, and optional monthly maintenance.
